Running the clock, managing the game sheet, and helping in the penalty box are small but important ways parents support our players and teams. This page gives you quick, easy guidance so you feel confident stepping in on game day.
Please note that these shiifts are typically not applied to required volunteer hours.
Game Sheet Resources
GameSheet Instructions
GameSheet records goals, assists, penalties, and goalie changes. It’s used for official stats and district reporting. Each travel team will need someone assigned to GameSheet for each home game/exhibition.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Recording goals and assists as announced
- Tracking penalties and time served
- Noting goalie changes or unusual situations
